Bailey Lauerman - Re-Entry
Challenge: We needed a campaign to get BL employees excited for a return to the office as the pandemic started to subside.
Solution: We realized how working remotely through COVID felt like floating around in space (at least as first)—with so many unknowns and having to make it all work on the fly. That would mean the return to the office was going to feel kinda like hurling back toward Earth. We knew we could have a lot of fun with that simple idea and that it would be relatable.
